At Salt And Light Seniors, we are a vibrant Christian community dedicated to helping one another to grow spiritually and shine brightly.
We offer much more than just weekly Bible study. Our diverse activities and gatherings—from digging deep into the Word of God to faith-based recreation and service projects—are tailored to engage, nurture, and illuminate the lives of every person in Regency.
Just as a “city on a hill cannot be hidden,“ neither should our faith. There’s a place for you to connect, be encouraged, and let your light shine here.

Men’s Tuesday Group
Men’s bible study group. You can attend by joining us in the Regency Clubhouse on Tuesday at 6:30 PM or via zoom.
Women’s Tuesday Group
Women’s group meeting every Tuesday night at a host house.
The Story
“The Story” is the Bible in chronological order and it truly is the greatest story ever told. Meets first and third Friday every month. For both men and women.
Monthly Men’s Breakfast
First Wednesday of the month. Meet for breakfast at Wegman’s.
RMGA Pre-Golf Devotional
Meet every Monday during the Regency Men’s Golf Association (RMGA) season.
Bowling Devotional
If you are a sub or regular bowler in the Regency Mixed bowling league you are invited to attend the pre-bowling devotional.
